I This was my first time at the LA location, and I have been to the Vegas spot several times. We ordered the fried chicken, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. The chicken was so flavorful, with just the right amount of crunch. I love their honey hot sauce, and it compliments it very nicely. I feel It can be shared between 2 people as It's a generous portion, you get one breast, a drumstick, and 2 wings I believe. The mashed potatoes were good, but could have used a bit more flavor. I liked that the macaroni and cheese was saucy, but it was pretty bland honestly, and I was not a fan of the noodles they use for it. Don't think it was worth the price point and probably wouldn't order it again. Someone ends in my party ordered the chicken sandwich and said it was good, but not spicy as it was advertised, so a bit disappointed in that. But it did come with fries, so that was a plus, as many of the other entries don't. The restaurant itself is very nice, perfect for a date spot. The service was great, and the staff were all very nice and accommodating. The parking garage was pretty easy to navigate and very reasonably priced. They have Valet but they don't come until later in the day I was told. Overall we enjoyed our meal, and I would come back for the chicken for sure.

The Sunday brunch was absolutely delicious. We made reservations online and were seated immediately upon arrival, with no wait. Since we arrived early, the restaurant wasn't too busy. Our waitress was very attentive, and the restaurant itself is beautiful with a lovely ambiance and decor. The parking garage can be tricky to navigate, but it's manageable.

My husband and I ate at this place in Vegas and loved it!! So when we saw one on LA we took our son. Start to finish it was impeccable! Y'all... if you're a shrimp n Grits person, do yourself a favor and go get this dish!!! It's SO good! Our son got the steak and fries and he ate every bite! Husband got Chicken & Waffles and he liked it but didn't love it. We split the biscuits and they were good. IMO - Vegas' food was better but it was a great experience!

First visit at this Yardbird and we almost missed out! But thanks to the amazing customer service of all of the employees, we were able to sit down and enjoy a meal that exceeded our experiences at the Vegas Yardbird. BF LOVES the chicken and waffles there (it's his favorite meal), so when we found out there was one at the Beverly Center, he was obsessed and trying to figure out when we could go. Fortune put us at an improv show only a block away, but the show ran late so he was so nervous and anxious that we wouldn't make it in time. We ran outta there, rushed valet, rushed driving down the street while trying to call, and had to figure out the elevator situation... So, when we got there and it was closing up, we were so sad... then an amazing thing happened... the front desk gal who was off the clock grabbed us menus and led us to the manager Marty who was all .,. No worries... sit down.. relax... we got you... We ended up having a wonderful meal that was DELICIOUS. I am super appreciative of all y'all for saving this night for us and for my super moist and tender chicken sandwich which was probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Well done you. We will be back. Great experience- 5 stars across the board.

Yardbird is a restaurant that takes typical Southern food and takes their own spin on it. It's creative, and genius. We walked in around 4:00ish in the afternoon, it was fairly empty and service was quick. The waiter - Nicholas - was very friendly and sat us near the kitchen. It is set up so that while you sit you have a view of the chefs in the kitchen as they prepare your meal, which I think is a really creative and interesting idea. Nicholas was very helpful with suggestions on the menu and whatnot. We ordered our food, and it took about an average wait time for it to come. I will say that my family enjoyed everything! My dad, who isn't very much a big salad guy, really enjoyed the Green Goddess Salad. Along with that, we ordered the Chicken and Waffles, and two Kids Meals. The Kids Meals come with a drink and ice cream, which is delicious! Chicken and Waffles was delicious. The waffle was a bit flavorless, but the chicken was juicy and crunchy! The Green Goddess Salad was phenomenal, and even the Kids Meals has special effort in the way that the burger was cooked and such. I would also like to give a shout-out to Mia - she was very helpful while serving our food. Everyone was very helpful and nice! Such rich, but delicious food. Would definitely recommend.

We'd been to Yardbird locations in Miami and Las Vegas before this one opened at home, and though we'd really enjoyed both of them, it took us several years to make the 3.5-mile journey here. I'm guessing the chain provenance and mall location have worked against this place, because it gets far less attention than it deserves. We went for dinner after an errand in the Beverly Center, and it was genuinely excellent. We walked in at 6:00 on a Saturday, and the restaurant was mostly empty. I think Yardbird is in the old Grand Lux Cafe space, a big dining room that can accommodate anyone who feels like wandering in from the mall. It wouldn't have occurred to me to eat here if we weren't already at the Beverly Center, but there's easy parking right by the restaurant, and a meal here is in fact worth a dedicated trip. The vibe was casual and fun, and the service was outstanding. Our server Shujana was the best. She made friends with our four-year-old Leo B. while attending to all of our needs as soon as they arose. This was an easy family dinner in large part because our two little boys were well fed and happy. I love any kid-appropriate restaurant with a full bar, and I took advantage of this one by drinking a very good Sazerac, made with Bulleit rye, absinthe rinse, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters. Matt B. had a Sierra Nevada hazy IPA, and our babies drank milk. The food was delicious. I got the Yardbird OG chicken sandwich, a beautiful, satisfying tower of crispy golden-fried chicken, lettuce, tomato, and Duke's mayo on a soft bun, served with fries and house pickles, a neat assortment of cucumber, onion, and okra. Matt's St. Louis pork ribs were great too, tender and hickory smoked, with housemade BBQ sauce and coleslaw. There was also a kid's menu with several selections. Leo went for the macaroni and cheese, which came with a side of fresh watermelon. Our toddler Wade B. got the crispy chicken biscuit with fries and buttermilk ranch. He went to town on that plate. The kid's meals included beverages and scoops of ice cream, and they got Oreo and strawberry, which we definitely helped them eat. This felt like the first of many family dinners at Yardbird. We loved everything about it and look forward to coming back. Leo will want to say hi to Shujana and Wade needs more of those crispy chicken biscuits.

If you're looking for easy, reliable, nice for any occasion- this is the place. The food is good, staff are great, it's clean, spacious, nice menu - something for everyone - you really can't go wrong. It's very mainstream. I've been a few times and I'm sure I'll return. Reliable parking in the mall garage or various street parking options.

This place has it all. Ambiance, service and amazing food. The deviled eggs are a MUST. They are epic and absolutely delicious. Yardbird is known for their fried chicken and they do not disappoint. It is crispy, moist and enhanced by the signature honey hot sauce. The fries were hot and crispy. The wedge salad was a little different style than you usually get and smaller in size. It was flavorful but not a favorite. Their cocktails and wine selection are vast. Service it casual and friendly, but still top notch. Cannot think of any are of improvement. Will go back to try more of their offerings.
